Belfast After Dark Walking Tours of Old Belfast
Want to do something different in Belfast’s dark streets and entries? Join our expert guides and walk on the dark side on one of our walking tours around Belfast city centre. From Ghost and Paranormal tours, Titanic People and Places, Victorian Murders and Bodysnatchers and the British Army and IRA during the Troubles. Lasting an hour and a half these unique experiences start at Belfast City Hall and end outside the oldest pub in Belfast White’s Tavern in Winecellar Entry. With over 20 years of providing 5 star rated tour experiences the tours use VOX whisper sets so you can hear every detail spoken by your guide as you walk down the old alleys and entries and discover where murders took place and where the spirits still linger. You could also discover the dark trail of the Titanic or learn how the IRA and British Army fought on the very streets you will be walking through. These tours are authentic and led by authors, Titanic experts, ghost hunters and former British Soldiers and Republicans.
Paranormal Ghost Tour
This haunted evening walking tour led by the ‘GhostLady’ Lorraine Welsh or ‘Ghostman’ Francis Higgins in person, you journey through the oldest streets, hidden entries, and haunted corners of Belfast and discover Belfast’s dark history and still restless ghosts and spirits. Hear chilling tales of ghostly apparitions, strange sightings, and buildings with reputations that locals still whisper about.
The Only Authentic Belfast Troubles Walking Tour
On this guided walk led by authentic former combatants, both Republicans and Soldiers, you’ll hear the real stories of life during those years with those who actually took part. You’ll learn of bomb scares that emptied shopping streets, British Army patrols and deadly gun attacks at major landmarks, and the impact of the conflict on ordinary people trying to live their daily lives.
Titanic Town Walking Tour with Titanic Author
Led by renowned Titanic expert and author Peter Fox, this unique evening walking tour through Belfast city centre explores the personal stories of those who built, sailed on, and never returned from the ill-fated liner as well as the construction and launch of the famous ship.
Victorian Murders & Paranormal Ghost Walking Tour
Hear the true stories of Belfast’s notorious killings, public executions, and unsolved mysteries. Stand at the very spots where Victorian police detectives hunted then caught their suspects before seeing them hanged and where ordinary streets became scenes of extraordinary violence and murders. Along the way, you’ll also discover the haunted corners of the city – old pubs, forgotten lanes, and buildings with ghostly reputations.
