The glittering event, held in the Titanic Hotel in the heart of Belfast, brought together industry leaders, travel professionals, expert guides and tour support officers alongside distinguished guests online from around the world to celebrate excellence and showcase the very best in cruise and private guiding experiences.  The event also seen the announcement of a new industry led accredited training initiative partnership between BelfastLad, Global Cruises (Miami,) the Open College Network Qualification Body and Travel & Tourism Associates.
